“Very clean, basic needs met as far a comfort is concerned. I would stay again, this visit was mainly for business purposes. Very friendly caretaker and family. I would recommend this for friends and family.”

“Older place, but comfortable. Great spot. very quiet. Plenty of beaches within a 20 min drive, but nothing in the immediate area. Absolutely beautiful part of the world. Ate out most days. Local cafe, pubs and restaurants served good quality food. Locals were friendly and helpful. WIFI worked great, everything in the house was in excellent order. We had a fantastic holiday, a lot of relaxing. Beach, Eat and Sleep.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Greenwell Point. Highlights were the pool, second living room downstairs and the lovely surroundings (river walks, beaches etc.). The neighbors were lovely and offered us fish. A quiet and relaxed area. We went out for the day exploring and enjoyed the BBQ & pool in the evenings. ”

“The house was lovely & perfect for 2 people & a small dog.The only thing is that even though the beach is 1 street away it was not dog friendly so you need to drive to a beach for the dog to have a play.”
