Hotel con piscina a Greenwich

“I want to be honest here, the location and the views from the rooms this hotel would be 5 stars. However, it needs some MAJOR renovations. My key lock to the room was busted, but it still worked, but it was next to the stairwell which was concerning. The ice bucket in my room literally had someone's SOCKS in it, along with the bucket liner. The toilet seat was broken as well. I needed some things and requests from the staff which they took care of promptly, but it came off more like just a...

“The room was clean. The only complaint I have is the parking lot on the back side is a little small and when the rooms are full its a little harder to find parking if you are on the back side (ocean views) of the building. If that is all I can complain about then I think the hotel is doing good.”
