Nothing special Older dingy hotel. Needs updating , bathroom dingy baseboards Overall not pleasant . No breakfast altho it was advertised as having it. Need to renovate this whole property or tear it down and start over.

Advertised as accessible, but was regular size bathtub and handicap parking was around on other side from room. A room(s) should of been set up closer to parking.

Horrible hotel...Bed bugs or flea bites on my legs
This hotel was horrible. They would not allow my daughter to have her cats in the room without paying a fee, even though the website says "pets allowed". Does not say specifically just dogs. They would not allow me to pay over the phone. The hotel was horrible, dirty, unclean, beds filled w/bedbugs or fleas. I had lots of bites all over my legs within days of leaving the hotel. Very poor conditions and needs a total renovation.

The health department should come and access this property. It is not fit for humans or animals to stay in. First of all no one was at the front desk. All lights were off. I had to call the reservations number to see if the place was closed and then someone from the back yells, "I'm coming just wait a minute"??? There were no other cars in the parking lot----not one. The small area for breakfast was dark with a sign on the wall stating Not serving Breakfast Now. Everything was dirty. Our room was gross. Paint was bubbling up off the wall and there was mold everywhere. The only reason we stayed was because we only needed a couple of hours sleep before returning home. We were too tired to rebook and already knew some hotels were sold out. The black mold was even on the outside of the building and on the roof. We are talking horror story. Not to mention, we did hear someone yelling in the hallway but were not going to open our door. I am not a spring chicken and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had with stayinig at a hotel.

The lady at the front desk who checked us I was just short of threatening about damaging or smoking in the room. My wife and I are in our mid-sixties, not party looking college students. The bathroom shows obvious signs of water damage and is in need of painting. The ice machine has a sign on it that threatens 25 to 35 dollar fines for filling a cooler. It would be interesting to know how such fines are enforced.

At arrival to check-in there was a group of threatening drunk men at the entrance that made me feel extremely unsafe especially being this reservation was for my Mom and I. I asked management if this was normal, he said they had been there for a while and wasn't planning to address it. Fearing for our safety we did not stay. I would like to get a refund considering we were planning to fulfill our reservation, but were unable to due to extremely unsafe conditions!!! We have now had to pay for another hotel room to ensure we would be safe for the night. I am extreme disgusted with the situation!!!

Crappy place Crappy attitude
It was extremely disappointing. The first room I was assigned had a problem with the toilet seat not being attached to the toilet. The second room had cracked and broken tile in the bathroom graffiti on the wall, (somebody drew the middle finger on the wall. The entry door to the building did not lock so anyone could have come in to the facility. Did not feel safe. The outside of the building was in disrepair. Went to visit family in the area and came back around midnight and couldn’t get in my room. Went downstairs and rang the doorbell no answer. So I had to bang on the door to get the manager/attendant to come out, then he complained because I banged on the door. I said what am I supposed to do get another hotel because you don’t want to help me? He showed me a sign saying they close at 11pm???

The property does not keep the front doors locked at night. Dirty and very dated. We had no towels in our room. No one in the lobby to help. It was locked. No one answered the phone, the after hours bell or knocking on the doors/windows. We got zero sleep thanks to the room above ours. It sounded like they moved furniture literally all night. Worst experience we have had in a very long time. The lack of safety was a huge concern. The doors should be locked at night. Any one can roam the halls at night.

Bed skirt was nasty and should of been trashed long before we got there, the air conditioner worked some of the time, there's patch work instead of just repairing or replacing things like the shower surround, and the food placed all around the outside of the property for the stray cats was interesting

They seem to be trying to make the best of a bad situation. We checked in and within five minutes we walked out and found another hotel. Just older and not well maintained. And no breakfast.

Took an hour to check in because the lady had her music up and couldn’t hear me. Then my card demagnetized and their front desk was closed so I couldn’t get into my room. You could not pay me to stay there again. Still waiting on a refund for the night I couldn’t stay in my room.

False advertising
Will you get what you pay for. So can’t complain about the hotel that much the main issue I have is that the hotel has on there websites and hotels.com does to. They advertised a full breakfast and when I asked at check in they said they don’t have breakfast. I’m fine if you don’t have it but don’t advertise it. That’s one of the decisions I used to pick the hotel so if you don’t have breakfast or anything else don’t advertise it. Thank you

WE SORRY TO HEAR THAT AND WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. SHORTAGE OF STAFF WE CAN'T LEAVE FRONT DESK OPEN 24 HRS. AND WE HAVE ORIGINAL BREAKFAST LIKE COFFEE AND JUICE WITH PASTRY ONLY. THANKS !!!!

Terrible! Chose a different place!
Business trip. Definitely will not stay here again. From check in to the time we left it was horrible! Check in is done through an exterior window. Upon entering the property it smelled terrible. Once getting to the room it didn’t seam bad until we went to use the bathroom. There was no toilet paper & the water barely came out of the shower head. They are not offering breakfast. The list could continue.

Needs Improvement
This hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were tidy, but the hotel desperately needs to be renovated. There is no breakfast offered, very limited housekeeping services, the fitness room is closed, no business center, and the lobby is completely closed. There are much better options in the vicinity.

SORRY TO HEAR THAT BUT THE REASON WAS ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEE FOUND COVID POSITIVE ON 01/19/2022 AND WE HAVE TO COVID TEST FOR ALL OTHER EMPLOYEE WHO HARDLY SHOW UP ON WORK AND THEY DENIED FOR VACCINE AND TEST BOTH. SORRY, BUT WE CAN'T FORCE ANYONE TO DO MANDATE. THANKS FOR UNDERSTANING THE SITUATION.

Need to upgrade.
Hotel doesn't look like the pictures. It needs a major upgrades. Carpet not vaccumed, no batteries in tv remote, shower wasn't clean it had hair all in it.

Roaches and bed bugs!
Room was TERRIBLE! there was literally a roach walking on the bed and one of my sons found bedbugs. The refrigerator smelled like someone died and we were unable to use it to store our food. We threw everything out! I tried calling to get a different room, but the attendant disappeared and no one answered the phone! I literally sleep on a chair, took a shower the next morning and left. I again called the front desk at 9:30, no answer. I went to the front desk to speak to someone about the room and again, there was no one there! I left a note in the key folder, which I am sure went in the garbage. I paid $87.00 in cash for roach, bed bugs and to sleep on a chair!! Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE! It’s embarrassing to think this is a Wyndham brand!

Sorry to hear that and apologize for any convenience. That night our night auditor were feeling sick and can't stay longer for all night. And we don't have immediate back up person can come to work. We really apologize again and we will work on it and let you know ASAP.
