Check in was so easy and the customer service amazing Nothing better than a kind smile. When you're traveling. The setting is just beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed I stay again next time I am in the area.

Very clean and quiet motel. Excellent parking with clean rooms and friendly staff. Better than a lot if hotels I stayed in for a lot more money. Highly recommend as a stop over or if you want to spend time in the area and explore Greenwood and the Boundary.

Good choice for a night's rest. Friendly check in. Provided many amenities (shaving cream, disposable razor, soaps,etc.)that I don't find in many lower budgeted motels. Clean room, comfortable bed.

I liked the layout of the room and the amenities. Against one wall was a comfortable couch and coffee table and on the opposite wall was a table with a large, new wall-mounted TV above. There was also a good-sized closet so there were places to put things away and down on. The fridge held all of our cooler items, and there was also a coffee maker and microwave that we didn't use. The Bed by the window was comfortable and the night table lamp and clock had multiple plug-ins for our cell phones and IPad. The pull-down shades were excellent, letting in light and mountain views when in one position and blacking out all light in the other. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped with a surprisingly nice supply of toiletries. The only thing I didn't like was the loud fan that came on when the light in the bathroom was turned on, as I would have preferred a separate switch for the light and fan. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night and though this is an older motel, I would definitely stay here when we are again in Greenwood, BC.

Definitely the best in Greenwood
Motel selection in Greenwood is small. Greenview is definitely the best of the choices. The room was clean and comfortable. Not much for dining in the area as a lot of the restaurants are either closed permanently or were closed for the season. If I were in the area, I would stay again.

Decently clean, and nice walkable location within Greenwood. My room seemed a bit outdated (think 80s), and walls were thin (I could hear people having loud sex either in an adjacent room, or in the RV park behind my room... and no windows were open).

Rooms could use more natural and electric lighting. Room was clean and nice. Manager tried to move us to another site, while we were enroute, and even suggested cancelling, but our payment was non-refundable.

The room was ready - early even. The staff showed us how to use the AC and turned the TV on for us. He got extra towels right away. It was a perfect place to hang our hats for the night while travelling. We will stay again

Poor Attitude
When I booked my room on line I made a mistake and booked for 09/10 rather then 09/11. MY MISTAKE. On the 11th I called because I wasn't going to arrive until after 6 PM. The person answering the phone at the Greenway was ignorant board lining on belligerent because I hadn't showed up the night before. Even after I tried to explain what that I had booked the wrong day by accident he was still on a tangent that I hadn't showed up the night before. When I was finally able to ask if he had any rooms available for tonight he told me that he didn't have a room for me and hung up. So although I have never stayed at this place I can say that who ever was on the phone when I called will never get any future business from me. By the way the room I didn't show up for was paid in full on-line at the time of booking and I was not and am not looking for a refund. This was clearly my mistake that I took responsibility for while trying to communicate with the desk clerk who I'm assuming was the owner.

Hello, Kevin, I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. yes, your Booking mad online Expedia website Sept 10/2021. room was prepaid online. you also received the email from Expedia that your booking be confirmed also shows the arrives date for booking. if you call us to let us know Sept 9 we will be happy to change the date for you. that was the last room we were waiting for you. next day you call us, but sorry to say no room Sept 10 we very busy with crows was staying with us. there was no room. if paid on our website then we should refund you don't pay us. paid on another website. I am sorry again this just misunderstanding.
