  • Questa casa si trova in alto sulla collina, e dispone di 3 ampie camere da letto e 3 bagni. Ha nuovi arredi di registro rustico per darvi la sensazione di essere dove siete .... nelle splendide montagne del Maine. L'ultimo piano ha due camere da letto, una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con 2 letti matrimoniali. Il primo piano ha una camera da letto matrimoniale con un bagno completo in tutto il corridoio. Ti divertirai a cucinare nella cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La sala da pranzo ha un bel tavolo di quercia e sedie con molti posti a sedere. Sedetevi accanto al fuoco di notte sul divano in pelle e sulla poltrona e godetevi un film sullo schermo piatto HD TV con cavo satellitare. Al piano inferiore è una sala ricreativa di recente costruzione, con tavolo da biliardo piena. Ci sono 2 futon confortevoli full size con un letto a castello e un bagno completo. Una grande TV a schermo piatto che è bello collegare alla tua x-box o guardare una partita. Vi è una sala lavanderia che ha sia lavatrice e asciugatrice. ..... Veramente tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per lasciarti senza voler tornare a casa. Si tratta di un registro lati casa con un portico rustico avvolgente. Abbiamo una griglia propano disponibile per la vostra convenienza. La casa è dotata di Wi-Fi. La bellissima città di Bethel villaggio si trova a 8 miglia lungo la strada con molti piccoli ristoranti, negozi e cafés..There si può trovare qualsiasi cosa, da pub a fini cucina italiana. L'area ha una piccola 'città natale sentire "ed è una meta di divertimento in qualsiasi giorno della settimana. Il bellissimo comprensorio sciistico di Sunday River (il nostro preferito) e l'area sciistica Mt Abrams, ideale per le famiglie, è in fondo alla strada, abbastanza vicino da poter tornare a casa per il pranzo. Area sciistica Domenica fiume è di 14 miglia porta a porta e il nostro preferito. Zip-line e attività estive Ci sono negozi di noleggio locali per noleggio di kayak. Vi farò sapere dove trovare alcune pozze d'acqua naturali e cade e ci sono sentieri abbondano. Se Caccia e pesca è la vostra passione, non cercate oltre. Il grande stagno in fondo alla strada ha una superficie di faggio e grande pesca. Questa è una struttura tutto l'anno con tutti i comfort di casa. Compreso Internet!

My wife and I were lucky enough to book Donna’s home last minute (the day before we arrived) and couldn’t have been happier with our decision. The house was exactly as described, and Donna was so kind, thoughtful & responsive from start to finish. It was also a quick drive to Bethel and the surrounding mountains which made things much easier with a toddler. We will definitely be back in the future!

Our Columbus Day weekend stay at the cabin was amazing. The house is close to Bethel and all that it offers. The location is set in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. The house was so comfortable and we didn’t want to leave. My teenage son loved the downstairs with the pool table. Donna was an amazing host. We will definitely visit again!

What an amazing Stay in Maine I thoroughly enjoyed my time there the house was amazing comfortable cozy the flooding hill behind the house was perfect Donna was incredible she took such good care of me I was so grateful and excited to stay there would highly recommend both during the winter season and the summer season reminders

Beautiful, Serene, Warm, and Comfortable

Donna's place is fantastic! A well stocked kitchen, super comfortable furniture, and Dog Friendly! We rescued a puppy that was lost in the woods for 10 days while staying there, and watching that pup reunite with her family was something we will never forget. Definitely recommend!

Winter vacation week

This property is a wonderful, cozy, well-maintained home in Greenwood on a small private road surrounded by woods. Just what we were looking for - 3 good size bedrooms and 3 full baths. The downstairs had a pool table for family fun and more room for people to sleep if needed. The house was clean and the kitchen was easy to cook in. We felt very comfortable in our week long stay and the trip to Bethel only took 10 minutes.

Amazing Family Ski Trip

Winter Break with the kids was well spent in this beautiful home! The house is spacious, has everything you could possibly need and is convenient to skiing. Beautiful cabin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. This was our first time in Maine and we explored the area including Bethel and Sunday River Ski area. Donna described the house perfectly. It has has a lot of rustic charm and fun decor. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the fire pit and game room were a lot of fun and Donna was extremely responsive. We highly recommend the spot for anyone who wants to be in the Greenwood area.

Skiing Bliss

This property was lovely. It was clean and well insulated. The pictures were exact, the kitchen was stocked, linens and towels included. The beds were very comfortable. The pool table was an added bonus of family fun! The décor was rustic, cozy and warm. After a great day on Sunday River Mountain (an easy 15 minute drive) it was very relaxing to sit in front of the fire place. We definity hope to return one day.

Quiet, peaceful, close to lake

We stayed at this property for a nearby family wedding and it was ideal. There are plenty of spaces that foster fun family interactions (large dining table, billiard room, deck AND fire pit area). The lake was a few minutes drive, as were a couple of good hiking spots. Another fabulous feature was the host: Donna was excellent to work with, communicative, accommodating and full of information. All of us (20 somethings to middle-agers) agreed that we would want to stay there again when life brings us back to the area. Thank to Donna for helping make our reunion/family wedding wonderful.

Quiet and cozy, welcoming home.

The home is very comfortable, warm, and welcoming. The beds were amazing, soft, and fluffy. The kitchen had everything we needed. (We forgot to buy Kcups so had to pick up coffee in town). The area is quiet and I walked my dog up and down the dirt road, admiring the beautiful fall leaves. Had amazing sandwiches at The Local Hub down the road. Would like to return in the summer to adventure out to the nearby lakes. A real treat.

Christmas Getaway

The property was actually nicer than the pictures depict! Had room for everyone to spread-out, and everything was well equipped. Our (older) kids spent most of the time on the pool table listening to tunes downstairs, and we enjoyed doing puzzles and cooking with the fireplace on upstairs. Can recommend Maggie's Nature Park for a nice 1.5 hour RT hike, and the Maine Mineral & Gem Museum in Bethel was awesome if you're a science nerd. Definitive Brewing Company was also a nice treat. Donna was exceptional in her communication and support - even on Christmas Eve!!

Beautiful, warm, and oh so welcoming!!

The property is immaculate. Donna was so attentive in making our stay as perfect as we could have imagined. Our family has been through a tough year with the passing of two close relatives. We were looking to get away and spend some time with the kids, and this property exceeded our expectations! Donna has it decorated in such a warm, and welcoming way. The fire pit out on the beautifully groomed patio, made us feel like we were at a 5 star resort...and we have stayed at many! We made smores with the kids, after a barbecue, and spending time playing horseshoes in the beautiful backyard, and then retired in to enjoy some pool, while our youngest played his video games, in the entertainment room and ate popcorn. There is a shower on every level which made it nice for a family of 6. There is a beautiful fireplace, which I am certain creates just the perfect ambiance as the cold autumn air sets in over Maine. The upper deck has a wonderful seating area and a large table to have family meals, or just sit and take in the sunrise or sunset. Donna has lighting surrounding the patio which makes for such a spectacular view. The linens on the the cozy beds were so warm and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience the wonders of Maine, the comforts of home, with the luxuries and feel of a 5 star resort! Thank you Donna! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—even better in person. The gas fireplace was relaxing, the pool table made for lasting family memories, and the location was perfect for our 3 days of snowboarding at Sunday River. Greenwood is a winner

This property is expertly managed, by all accounts, a very seasoned renter. Our contact was direct, clear accurate and honest. This translated into a very above average stay. Furthermore it is clear that the owner(s) care deeply for their property. The listing is accurate, the home is cozy and well cared for and it met all of our expectations. We will be back!

Winter Retreat

We couldn’t have had a better experience for our winter stay! The house was wonderful! Cozy, clean and inviting, kitchen fully stocked for cooking, and enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. Donna was a responsive host and answered all our questions and requests immediately. Conveniently located near Bethel and Sunday River for fantastic skiing. Last minute getaway

This spot could not be more perfect. We searched for a last minute getaway and our experience from first communicating with owners was amazing and very quick to response. Very clean and bigger then the pictures show. Showing up you felt like family, which is tough to do with just a house, very comfortable and warm. Already talking about when we can go back.

Lovely Winter Getaway

A beautiful rustic cabin in the woods, was the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Donna’s place is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. It’s accessible to everything we needed (Breweries, groceries, hiking, Sunday River) and we even ventured out to Portland for a day trip. 4 wheel drive is helpful in the winter, especially for some of the hiking areas. The pool table was a nice bonus! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway!

We couldn't have found a more perfect place to spend Thanksgiving 2020! Needing to see a different "four walls" and to reconnect with our college-aged children, we rented Donna and Paul's home. We were thrilled with it and decided it's our favorite place we've rented. The house was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated without personal mementos to remind you that you're in someone else's home. There was lots of space to spread out for alone time, but also great gathering space for fireside relaxing and pool playing. Bedrooms were comfy and bathrooms were on all three floors. Because of the pandemic, we ate all our meals at the house and had our Thanksgiving dinner, too. The kitchen had everything we needed and was open to the rest of the living space. The house is quiet and is located on a dead end road; easy to take walks. As other reviewers have remarked, Donna was a pleasure to communicate with and the house was very clean. We highly recommend this great getaway log cabin!
