“Two words: BED BUGS!! They were everywhere. We booked 2 nights here because the other hotels in town were jacking up their rates for a baseball tournament. Should’ve just sucked it up and paid more. Room was crawling with roaches, as well as outside the rooms. Pulled back covers on the beds to find multiple bed bugs. It was too late at night to try somewhere else so next morning checked out and complained to the staff. Front desk worked just shrugged it off and said “it happens”. Refused to give...

“Check in e out veloce, Camera abbastanza spaziosa, bagno grande. Silenziosa, a parte il condizionatore.. ”

“Wouldn’t let me check in at 3 pm, room wasn’t ready till after 5 pm! Elevators did not work. They had some sort of altercation in the back parking lot, illegals I’m assuming, none of them spoke English!”

“We asked for clean towels to replace the ones removed by housekeeping twice on the first day. Finally went to the front desk and got them ourselves at 4pm even though we had asked staff twice who were cleaning rooms on our floor. The second day although the towels were replaced and the bathroom cleaned our bed was not made when we came back to the room at 2pm. This was extremely disappointing in terms of the service we would normally expect.”
