Casa spaziosa e ben attrezzata vicino al mare

Una casa spaziosa in prima linea nel villaggio di Grenivik. Piano rialzato con cucina, una camera con letto matrimoniale in massello di noce, due camere da letto con letto a castello, bagno di buon gusto. Nel seminterrato un ampio salone con uscita diretta sul giardino e vista mare, internet, bagno separato.
Pentola calda nel giardino con privacy e accesso alla casa.
La cucina è dotata di ogni comfort (piano cottura, forno, microonde, macchina da caffè, tostapane). Nella casa c'è una lavatrice e un bicchiere. Ideale per famiglie e adatto a soggiorni più lunghi.

The best location we stayed in Iceland

This host has a modern place with everything you need. Including a coffee pot and microwave. The hot tub was warmer than the previous place we stayed which was nice. Only things I’d add is ice cube trays. Location was great and view amazing.

Beautiful house with some quirks

The house is beautiful and well cared for, and a great home base for outdoor activities in the Grenivik area. It's a bit remote if you're exploring more regionally. I think we may have been the first visitors of the season so there were a few things overlooked (snow-blocked driveway, among others), but the owner was very responsive about issues. That said, if you're in a caretaker role, it's not a great fit. There's not a single comfortable seat in the house to sit and look out at the water. The couch is comfortable but below grade and down a narrow stair in a room that can't be heard from the rest of the house. That level of separation of the lower level might be perfect for some, but for us it presented challenges. I would have been so grateful for a single place to sit on the main level that wasn't a bed or a dining chair. A paver or two on the way to the hot tub would also be helpful, so we weren't tracking moss and mud into it. It's also not a great fit if your knees are a little stiff after a long hike. Aside from the difficult interior stair, the first step at the front is a doozy, especially when managing the luggage. Minor inconveniences yes, but the sort of thing that tells you the house hasn't been lived in. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and appliances, the heat and washer/dryer all worked well, and the presentation was clean and tidy.

Great stay in a great location

House was clean and very spacious. Plenty of heat and hot water. Being right on the water was wonderful. We used the hot tub almost every night. Our first night there, a pod of whales swam by while we were in the hot tub. Grenivik is a lovely location, a quiet town about half an hour from the city and all its amenities. It was a great launching point for all the local attractions. The hosts were super helpful. We left an important bag behind with laptop, passports, medication, etc. and they mailed it back to the States for us.

Schönes Haus zum Ausspannen

Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei Ankunft Wohlfühltemperatur und alle Geräte mit erforderlichem Zubehör. Tolle Aussicht auf Berge und Wasser und genialer Hot Pot. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Entdeckungen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastisches Fjordhaus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem tollen Haus mit Sterne schauen vom Hottub aus, Fjordblick beim Frühstück und Kochabenden im großzügigen Wohnraum. Tagsüber haben wir die Umgebung erkundet am Diamond-Circle und eine super erfolgreiche Walbeobachtung gemacht. Das Haus hat für uns 6 Freunde perfekt gepasst.

Beautiful house right on water in quiet village

The house is beautiful and comfortable. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer to do laundry. We also enjoyed using the Hot Pot at the end of long days hiking. The village is small and quiet. Plan ahead form groceries and supplies as Akureyri is about a 30 minute drive for groceries…..

Warm and Cozy

Schönes Haus in grandioser Lage

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gut ausgestattet, der Hottub ein Genuss mit Blick auf den Fjord. Die innenliegende Treppe zum Wohnzimmer ist tatsächlich wie in der Anzeige beschrieben eine Herausforderung.
