“I asked for a 30 min extension and the Front desk lady told me I had to pay for an entire Day for 30 mins bc they don’t ”

“Breakfast was good and room was nice and clean! Only downside was a barking dog at 6 am that woke our toddlers.”

“The website promises a 24 hour fitness room. There is no fitness room!! I never would have booked a room in a hotel with no fitness center”

“2days of no hot water and the pressure in the shower was TERRIBLE. I could’ve had more pressure outside in the rain”

“The cleanliness was excellent. The hotel appeared to have been renovated, and it was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. We could not hear the people next door at all. Another customer told us they stay there every time they are in the area, and I can see why. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Front desk night man rude and very discriminating. Needs to learn how to talk to people. Got told to leave because threw away a waffle. Seriously ”

“Very clean room, newly remodeled. Accommodation request were not met for us. I asked not to be my elevator and they placed me right in front of the elevator. Breakfast looks decent but poor quality. Fruit was not fresh. Staff was friendly and polite. Decent price. Unsure if we will return. ”
