It's located a few minutes from the village of Panzano, between Florence and Siena, can accommodate up to 37 people. You will have at your complete disposal 3 private outdoor swimming pools, the best of which is an infinity pool, spacious solarium and gardens. Boasting the charm and refinement of the traditional style and with services that offer a five star stay, this estate features breathtaking views over the Chianti hills and an immense vineyard. Villa Vinattieri in the first unit includes 7 double bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, private Mediterranean style garden, swimming pool with solarium open-air kitchen complete with barbecue and outdoor dining area on the first unit. In the second unit you can find 7 double bedrooms and as many bathrooms, private Mediterranean garden, two private swimming pools for guests, one of which is infinity with a solarium, and open-air kitchen complete with barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor dining . Finally on the third unit we have 4 bedrooms with air conditioning/heating and 5 bathrooms, terraces and gardens, outdoor swimming pool and heated indoor pool, barbecue area and table and chairs for outdoor dining. Villa Dolce Chianti
This wonderful Villa unit once served as a place for the producing and storing the company’s wine and was subsequently restored and furnished with a contemporary style and antique details. The villa welcomes guests to immerse themselves in its sumptuousness and enjoys a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills where it’s possible to walk amongst the private vines and olive groves, relax in the garden and in the panoramic swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. The property has an internal surface area of 400 m2, in an estate of approximately 18 hectares and extends over two floors.

The lower floor can be reached by internal stairs and has direct access to the pool area and outdoor terrace. The room offers a large lounge with fireplace, sofas, armchairs and pool table as well as a cinema room with sofa and large-screen smart TV.
On the same level, adjacent to the living room, there is a large open space kitchen with dining area and dining table for 14 guests. From the main entrance it is possible to access the living area where you can admire the furniture and the contemporary style that trace through all the rooms of the house: featuring modern prints of female subjects, a fireplace, sofas and seats and a magnificent candelabra in the center of the room. In the next room there is a work area with table and chairs and a small corner with sink and dishwasher.

The exteriors enjoy a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills and it is possible to relax in the solarium area, with two private swimming pools, one measuring 6m x 6m with a depth of 30cm which can be heated on request and one 3m x 10m above ground located in a secluded area of the garden. Continuing towards the entrance of the villa, you will find a large dining area with an outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue for outdoor dining and a table with seats.

Villa Inside Chianti
At the entrance of the villa, the living room includes an open space kitchen and service bathroom and is equipped with comfortable sofas, wifi, heating/air conditioning, 55 inch smart TV, dining table with chairs. The internal kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob, electric oven and microwave, refrigerator with wine cellar, dishwasher, espresso machine, American coffee machine and ice machine, as well as a Mezzanine with reading area and seating area.

Climbing up a few steps leads you to the internal spa area with a view of the Tuscan hills, consisting of a hydromassage tub with neck and lumbar massage.

During your stay you will have access to the entire villa. Villa Vinattieri is located within an 18-hectare estate has a total of 3 villas each with a swimming pool and independent services. All the villas, enjoy total privacy thanks to the hedges that separate the external spaces between one property and another. Villa Vinattieri can be reached via a private path.
