“ doesn’t look anything like the pictures. It’s a very old hotel, and the beds are not comfortable—they sink in the middle. The rooms smell bad, and the outdoor areas are completely run down. It’s very expensive for what it is. On top of that, when I arrived, there was a beeping sound from the fire alarm in the middle of the room, and I had to waste time waiting for someone to fix it. Also, the person who greeted me at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming at all”

“We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked two nights but only stayed for one after our reason for visiting that area was cancelled. The main reason was the lack of cleanliness. They definitely don't do a clean after each booking. The floors under the fold out were dirty, the appliances weren't wiped down, there were streaks on the mirrors and stains on the wall in the bedroom. As well, the pipes are corroded under the sink and it smells awful. We took the garbage out so we didn't have...
