- on the ground floor, a living-room leading to the terrace, a well-furnished separate kitchen (dishwasher, hotplates, oven, fridge with a freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster) and guest toilets.
- on the top floor, one bedroom on the canal side with a double bed (180cm), a bathroom with a washing-machine, separate toilets, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds joined that can be separate.

On the canal side, a terrace and a little garden to enjoy the sun from breakfast until the mid-afternoon.
In front of the terrace, a 15m x 4,20m mooring for a boat up to 14m x 3,90m.

The house is located in a quiet and private area of Port Grimaud South.
There is a square in the street to play boules ("pétanque") or for children to go cycling.
The shops and restaurants are less than 5 minute away by walk and the beach is about 500m away.
Free Access to the Coches d'eau shuttles in summer time.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (water activities, gulf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

• No animal in the property (except with the written agreement of the agency).
