Schöne und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnun

Schöne und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung nähe Firstbahn. Wohnung war sehr sauber und bot genügend Platz für drei Personen. Ein Skiraum und eine Garage waren im Preis inbegriffen.

Appartement idéal

Tres bel appartement dans chalet au Rdc haut avec large terrasse idéale et vue sur les massifs extraordinaires. Idéal car bien situé dans un quartier très calme et seulement à 200 mètres de la rue commerçante, proche des arrêts de bus et 800 mètres de la gare.

Great stay with a stunning view

The view was amazing and the place felt very comfortable. Everything I needed was well organized. But even though there were no other guests, I got a low floor, which was a bit disappointing. Also, clearer info for using the washer and dryer would help.

Can’t wait to return.

This is our second time in this apartment for 3 weeks. Love everything about it. Feels like home. Apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. Prime location and the most beautiful view from the outdoor patio. Cantwait to return.

The check-in time window had us nervous as we were flying into Zurich, renting a car and driving there so we were unsure if we'd make it ok, but we did make the window. We did have communication challenges prior to arrival as we had to translate all of the communications from Interhome to English and we had to get clarification that garbage needed to be brought to a central collection point a block away at the end of the stay. The staff at the Interhome Grindelwald office, however, was great and when we finally got their local number where we could text them on WhatsApp, it was much easier. I suggest giving that info way ahead of time because calling the central Interhome number was a challenge. In terms of the unit, the location is awesome we had enough room, but it was sparse on amenities. For example we had 2 thin bath towels, 2 thin smaller towels and a single bath mat to last the 2 of us the entire 5 days there. The kitchen had the basics only and no microwave. We had to buy our own Nespresso pods at the store after arriving. Much of this was known to us ahead of time, but the thin small towels and no microwave was difficult. Interhome did give us guest pass for the bus and discount card that saved us some money, but we found the bus system was rarely on time and crowed and wound up walking much more than we expected. All in all, we did enjoy our trip and are thankful to the local staff at Interhome for helping us from time to time.

Avoid

We went to our rental after an hour of looking for the street . . When we finally found the property , it was 4 flights of stairs on the opposite side of the building . We had to go up again then up and finally down to the front door . Too much to carry bags . The place was so worn and tired , the neighbors lit up a cigarette and smokedus out . Left in 10 minutes , key returned and didn’t hear from them until Wednesday . They still charged us cleaning and city taxes .Dont waste your money or tim

Very Organized chalet with awesome outside view

The chalet is just perfect for a family of 4. Things are well-organized. The location of the chalet is so close to the center and very convenient when roaming grindelwald. The panoramic view of mountainous side of Grindelwald is a plus :).

Gut gelegen und wunderbarer Terrassenausblick

Hübsche kleine Wohnung im Parterre mit schöner Terrasse und grandiosem Ausblick. Die Einrichtung ist funktionell, die Küche recht gut ausgestattet. Für uns waren die Matratzen eher etwas weich (aber nicht durchgelegen). Um von der Garage zur Wohnungstür zu gelangen muss man zuerst eine Treppe hoch, um zwei Chalets herumgehen und dann wieder eine Treppe runter.

Sehr nahe zur Talstation First um im Winter Skifahren zu gehen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die XXX Matratzen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht jedermanns Sache.

Zu viele Treppen

Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist sehr mühsam mit vielen Treppen, was in der Bewerbung nicht ersichtlich war und auch nicht erwähnt wurde. Ebenso der Einstieg in die Dusche mit 35cm sehr hoch. Ansonsten eine schöne Wohnung.

Nice location right off the main street, but very quiet. The view from the balcony was phenomenal! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
