Many other summer activities are offered in the region, such as: 160 kilometres of signposted mountain bike routes, paragliding, bungee jumping in the glacier gorge, scooter bike route, summer toboggan run, First cliff walk and much more. In winter, 45 cable cars and ski lifts in the Jungfrau region invite you to enjoy the snow. The three sub-regions of Grindelwald-First, Kleine Scheidegg - Männlichen and Mürren - Schilthorn provide access to over 200 kilometres of pistes with fast and leisurely descents. With 100 kilometres of winter hiking trails, non-skiers also get their money's worth. The region is also a true sledging and tobogganing paradise. A toboggan run leads from the Faulhorn to Grindelwald. At over 15 kilometres, this is the longest toboggan run in the Alps.
