Bühlengasse 6 by Interhome
We warmly welcome you to our small, simple 3-room holiday flat on the 1st floor of a farmhouse in Grindelwald.The flat can be booked for a maximum of 5 people.Please note that the kitchen is small for 5 people and that there is no living room.The flat is in a quiet location, with great views of the Eiger, Schreckhorn and Wetterhorn. On the quiet terrace you have a beautiful view of the Eiger. There is a barbecue with wood at your disposalThe bathroom was renovated in 2017. In winter, (provided there is enough snow) with direct ski slope access to the Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen region.In summer, numerous hikes and excursions are possible from the house.The local bus stops approx. 200 metres from the house and can be used free of charge with the guest card.There are plenty of parking spaces available. Wifi is available and free of charge.Sports facilities in the surrounding area: mountaineering, golf course, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, cycling tours, skiing (alpine), skiing (cross-country)

Rustic Farmhouse Apartment
Thank you Monika for a wonderful long weekend! I stayed at this property June 23-25, 2023. I was looking for a weekend in the mountains to do some hiking, and found this property at the last minute. You stay in a 3 bedroom apartment in the family's farmhouse just outside of Grindelwald, Switzerland. The property was clean and well-kept, linens were provided, and you can secure your apartment separately from the rest of the house. You have a shared access to the house and use of the back porch of the house, which has an amazing view of the north face of the Eiger Mountain. The host, Monika, is lovely and very communicative. We were in touch prior to the stay, she meets you on arrival and shows you the property. The family raises cows and makes their own cheese (which is delicious!)
What you need to know when booking the property:
- The house is located 15-20 minute walk from Grindelwald Terminal. It is uphill, and quite vigorous...if you have luggage, I suggest you arrange a cab.
- The property is quite clean and maintained, but it is not fancy. This is a rustic home in the country.
- A local bus can be taken from a road closer to the house that will take you downtown or to the Terminal or Grund stations. It still requires a short walk downhill and uphill.
I would recommend this property, and would stay there again myself.

Es war sauber, Zweckgemäss , aber es stank nach Kuh. Leider besuchte uns immer wieder die selbe Katze, die ihr Geschäft im Haus erledigte.

Geheimtipp für Freunde unverstellter Bodenhaftung
Wer glaubt Leben brauche einen Deseigner fernab der Wirklichkeit wird hier von gewachsener Echtheit überrumpelt. Wer mehr auf Leben hält und auf hypergestylte Sterilität lieber verzichtet ist hier am rechten Platz, wird glückliche Tage verbringen und das von der ersten Sekunde an.

Gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in super Lage, mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Berge. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

EXCELLENT
The host Monika Mai was sooo incredibly nice! We arrived later than expected at 1:00 AM and had gotten lost. Monika Mai came and found us and led us to the house. She was so kind and welcoming. At the end of our stay she even helped us out and printed our flight confirmations for us! Excellent hostess who went above and beyond! The house is clean with an updated bathroom. It has beautiful views and is a short drive into town. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
