“The staff were genuinely excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They were kind to accommodate my request for a late checkout when I was running late.
The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. Housekeeping clearly does a great job here, and everything felt fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. Location was good for me as I drove up there, there was enough parking spots.

“Lovely clean room, and comfortable bed. The bar area was nice with a lot of choice. We ate at the restaurant- food was lovely but the service was poor. After we had our starter, it took over an hour for our mains to arrive. Nobody came to check on us or apologise for the delay. I had to grab a passing barman to ask for more drinks and after being there an hour and a quarter, chase up our mains. Such a shame because the food was very tasty but I wouldn’t eat there again ”

“Room was clean, a good size and well appointed. There is no airconditioning though and when we stayed it was quite warm and uncomfortable to sleep. A fan is provided however it is loud.
It was disappointing be informed at check-in and not at any point earlier that the gym is £20 more.
Lots of parking and the staff are nice too. ”
