"The furniture and fittings in our room felt like they needed some TLC and a deep clean (lots of crevices and nooks / crannies etc that accumulate dust). Just seemed a bit tired and not as clean as we expected. Staff were brilliant and very helpful / friendly). Food in the bar seemed variable in quality ..."
