Charming modern summer house 4 min from the beach

This 116 m² holiday home sleeps eight people in three bedrooms. One room has three bunk beds, ideal for children. There are two bathrooms, one of which contains both a spa and a sauna. The house is from 2005 and equipped with underfloor heating, so it can be used all year round. The heat pump was replaced in 2025, which is why the house is extremely energy efficient and you can expect low heating costs.



The spacious garden is designed for play and relaxation. It offers a trampoline, large grill, and a shelter where you can spend the night listening to the sound of the sea. A small path leads directly through the garden to the beach, just 300 meters away.



The area is known for its calm surroundings close to the coast. The shallow beach is child-friendly, perfect for swimming and long walks. There are also great cycling and hiking trails that allow you to explore the landscape at your own pace.



Nearby you’ll find small harbors, cafés, and farm shops offering local products and freshly caught fish. In summer the area is lively, while in the off-season it offers peace and wide-open views.
