The apartment is ideal for couples and guests who appreciate being close to everything and a relaxing getaway on the Baltic Sea. The beach, promenade, spa gardens, and many beautiful local attractions are all within a short walking distance.

**Living & Relaxing**
The open living area with an integrated living-dining-kitchen is the heart of the apartment. Here you can cook, eat, and relax in a bright and pleasant atmosphere. There’s also a TV available in the living area. The high-quality furnishings highlight the modern character of the new building and create a fresh, inviting atmosphere. From here, you have direct access to the rooftop terrace, which enhances your vacation on the Baltic Sea with a beautiful outdoor space.

**Sleeping**
The vacation rental features a bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. There’s also a TV here, making it the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation for two. A high chair is also provided.

**Bathroom with Infrared Sauna**
The modern bathroom offers you pleasant comfort during your stay. As a special extra, an infrared cabin for one person is available. This way, you can enjoy soothing warmth right in your vacation apartment after a day at the beach. According to the listing, Apartment 12 features a bathroom with an infrared sauna.

**Note on the Surroundings**
There is currently a construction site directly behind the house. This may occasionally result in noise and limited visibility in the immediate vicinity. This circumstance has already been factored into the pricing and does not entitle you to further requests for a rent reduction.

**Services & Extras**
There is an elevator in the building. Your apartment includes an underground parking space. Please note that the maximum clearance height is 2.10 meters. The apartment has a separate storage room where a washer and dryer are available for your use. Guests who value allergy-friendly amenities will feel especially at home here. The underground garage also features a lockable bike storage room with charging stations for bicycles. A ventilation system and a solar power system are part of the project.
