Welcome to Dünenanker 12, your new vacation rental in the MeerNah Grömitz development. Here you’ll stay on the first floor in a modern, high-quality, and conveniently central location. The apartment is particularly well-suited for couples and guests who appreciate being just a short walk from the beach and the town center. The promenade, spa gardens, pier, cafés, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance.

**Living & Well-Being**
The open living area with an integrated living-dining-kitchen is the heart of the apartment. Here you can cook, eat, and relax in a bright and pleasant atmosphere. A TV is also available in the living area. The high-quality furnishings highlight the modern character of the new building and create a fresh, inviting atmosphere. From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony, which adds a lovely outdoor space to your vacation on the Baltic Sea.

**Sleeping**
The vacation rental features a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. There’s also a TV here, making the apartment the perfect place for a relaxing vacation for two.

**Bathroom**
The modern bathroom blends seamlessly into the high-quality living concept and offers you pleasant comfort during your stay on the Baltic Sea. Clean lines and the new fixtures create a calm and modern atmosphere here as well.

**Note on the Surroundings**
There is currently a construction site directly behind the house. This may occasionally result in noise and obstructed views in the immediate vicinity. This circumstance has already been factored into the pricing and does not entitle you to further requests for a rent reduction.

**Services & Extras**
There is an elevator in the building. Your apartment includes an underground parking space. Please note that the maximum clearance height is 2.10 meters. The apartment features a separate storage room, where a washer and dryer are also available for your use. Guests who value allergy-friendly amenities will feel especially at home here. The underground garage also features a lockable bike storage room with charging stations for bicycles. A ventilation system and a solar power system are part of the project.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your vacation or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

MeerNah Grömitz is located right in the heart of Grömitz. The fine Baltic Sea beach and the promenade are only about 400 meters away. The spa gardens are also just a short walk away. Cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and shops are all nearby, making your stay especially pleasant. The pier, the marina, the “Grömitzer Welle,” and the Noah’s Ark Zoo ensure a varied and enjoyable vacation on the Baltic Sea.
