This modern vacation rental is located on the upper floor of the new apartment building and offers plenty of space for up to 4 guests in its approximately 82 m² of living area. Hardwood floors and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable living experience throughout the apartment. The Baltic Sea beach is only about 500 meters away.

**Living & Relaxing**
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the apartment. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and is equipped with, among other things, a filter coffee maker. A total of three smart TVs are available for your use. The balcony is accessible from the living area. A washing machine is provided for longer stays. The apartment also has a storage room.

**Sleeping**
Two separate bedrooms each feature a box-spring bed with a sleeping surface measuring 180 x 200 cm. This makes the apartment ideal for couples, families, or a vacation with friends. The apartment is dog-free and designed for people with allergies.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The modern, naturally lit bathroom features its own sauna. After a day at the beach or an outing along the Baltic Sea coast, you can relax here. The underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth even in the bathroom.

**Family-Friendly**
Families will also find everything they need here. A travel crib and a high chair are provided in the apartment. Thanks to the two separate bedrooms, parents and children have their own sleeping areas.

WindStärke 7 is quietly located on Hubertusweg in Grömitz, just about 400 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The promenade, town center, pier, and marina are all within easy walking distance from here. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping options are also located in the surrounding area.
