“We loved our stay at this Springhill.
We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again.”

“The area is not very nice. I booked a non smoking room, and the room I got smelled like somebody had been smoking there. The smell was terrible! I booked for two nights but only stayed one night and canceled the second. There were a lot of people around the stairs and parking lot, talking and smoking. I did not feel safe.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The property appeared old and poorly maintained. The bed sheets looked dirty, and there was a chair in the room covered in stains that I did not feel comfortable placing my belongings near.
Upon arrival, the staff could not locate my reservation and blamed Expedia for the issue. As a result, I had to wait over an hour for the situation to be resolved. This was especially frustrating because I was traveling with my elderly mother and we were left waiting...

“Staff was excellent. The rooms have some upgrades but it is clean for an affordable overnight stay. However, I was in a supposedly non smoking room but it previously had a smoker in it andvthe bedspread had the evidence. If asthetics are important and you can't handle well used fabrics it might not be for you.
Vanity was nice, bed was comfortable but drapes spread and bathroom ceiling needed care. Staff was absolutely amazing.New floors but craftsmanship for edging lacking talent.”
