“Meteorite Rest Camp is on a commercial farm which makes it totally different from other places we stayed at. We met the friendly owner Madelein and her husband, and heard a bit about life there. In the evening 1000s of red-billed quelia birds roost just the campsite, amazing to see. At night it's total silence with a clear sky for the stars. The chalet was a good size and comfy with a kitchenette. The pool was great to cool down in the afternoon. ”

“The room at luxury 5 was big and comfortable, it included the basic amenities plus has a great view of the game camp in which we saw Nyala, giraffe and Springbok. Overall quiet and relaxing, staff helpful and accomodating. The lodge is currently under maintenance. Overall a good lodge to be at.”
