“Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”

“Nice studio, very well located near the Champs-Élysées. Stayed for two nights. Communication with the host was good, and they responded quickly. However, there were a few inconveniences. We had to pick up the key from a locker located about a 15-minute walk from the studio, which was not very convenient. “Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen — der Louvre und der Palais Royal sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, und die Straße selbst ist ruhig und angenehm, wenn man nach einem langen Erkundungstag zurückkommt. “Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.”

“My experience with this property was extremely disappointing. In the host’s initial check-in guidelines, it explicitly stated that check-in was not available until 3 p.m., but separately listed the key pickup hours as 7 a.m.–9 p.m. I arrived in Paris early expecting to pick up my keys based on those instructions. When I arrived, I entered the provided code multiple times, but it did not work. There was also no luggage storage available, leaving me with a large suitcase and nowhere to leave it....

“The apartment was very small. Bathroom and kitchen were very small. Kitchen had a refrigerator but no freezer or availability to make ice which was much needed. The room had a washer/dryer combo but the dryer did not work. We dried clothes by hanging. The air conditioner was unusual because the window had to be open with a hose going outside.
