“The property is almost 50 years old and wasn't renovated since then. Some doors don't keep closed, other doors squeak with every move and everything looks in general disrepair. We stayed in the family apartment that is actually above the owner's and we listened to snoring every night. The shower hose was damaged when we arrived and it burst open towards the end of our visit, making everything in the bathroom wet and the shower unusable. “We had a great family ski holiday at Elements resort Zell am See. We had a 2 bed suite for 6 people (2 on a sofa bed) and all the beds were comfortable. The apartment was well equipped, clean and a great space for us to chill out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our grandchildren particularly liked the swimming pool and wellness area. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available.”
