Welcome to Apartment 9 in the Bellevue B building!<br><br>Enjoy the unique beachfront location, the ocean view from the terrace, and the proximity to the pier plaza with all its amenities!<br><br>This brightly furnished ground-floor apartment, which sleeps up to 3 people, welcomes you into a small entryway leading to the bathroom and the separate bedroom. <br>The bedroom, featuring a skylight that opens, is furnished with two single beds for restful nights.<br>The small, functional bathroom is equipped with a shower and also features a tilting skylight.<br><br>The combined living/dining/kitchen area features a very well-equipped kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, combination oven/microwave, and dishwasher, making it ideal for self-catering. A large flat-screen TV and a radio are available for your entertainment. <br><br>Enjoy your home-cooked meals, cozy game nights, or good conversations at the large dining table with a magnificent view of the dunes, the pier, and the sea. Watch the hustle and bustle and listen to the sound of the waves.<br><br>The covered and furnished patio lets you enjoy the sun from morning until late afternoon. If it gets too sunny, an awning will keep you protected. From here, it’s just a stone’s throw to the fine sandy beach behind the newly landscaped dunes. If you smoke on the balcony, please make sure the smoke doesn’t drift into the apartment***<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> Welcome to the “Bellevue” houses, which await you in a fantastic location right behind the dunes!<br><br>The three-story apartment buildings A, B, and C are located side by side directly on Großenbrode’s new promenade—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach and the lively pier forecourt. Here you’ll find approximately 33-square-meter, lovingly furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people. Enjoy your time on the sun-drenched south-facing balconies and terraces in the front row, where you can taste, see, and hear the sea. The promenade, newly built in 2020, lies right at your feet and offers a varied view of beach life.<br><br>You can easily reach restaurants, cafes, bakeries, event venues, beach chair rentals, and, of course, the fine-sand swimming beach in just a few meters along the promenade.<br>Parking spaces assigned to the apartments right in front of the building save you the trouble of looking for a place to park. Bike racks are available next to the buildings for your bicycles. In Building B, a shared laundry and drying room is available for a fee.
