A warm welcome to our “Strandoase” vacation rental in the Ostseeapartments on the Fehmarn Sound!



Our “Strandoase” vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached by elevator or stairs. You’ll enjoy a spacious 75 m² living area and a balcony with a great view of the South Beach, the pier, and the Baltic Sea.



Information on additional costs and fees:

A private parking space (No. 21) is available to you free of charge in front of the apartment complex.

To ensure a pleasant living experience, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, on the balcony, and on the covered walkway in front of the apartment. This is a smoke-free and pet-free accommodation.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.

Bedding and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.

The security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded approximately 14 business days after your departure.

If available, a bicycle shed can be booked for an additional fee of 5.00 € per night. Since only a limited number are available, we recommend making your reservation well in advance.



The bathroom features a designer bathtub, a shower, a hand basin, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a toilet. Underfloor heating and a towel warmer ensure a cozy warmth. A sauna is available for your use free of charge.



The double bed in bedroom 1 is equipped with two cold-foam mattresses. The room features a smart TV and a large closet. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a single bed, also with a cold-foam mattress, and a slightly smaller closet.



The large living/dining room is furnished with a cozy leather corner sofa, an armchair, a Smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a DAB+ radio with a CD player. The dining area comfortably seats 3 people.

The living room opens onto the large balcony, from which you can enjoy a view of the sea and the South Beach—just 50 meters away—without getting wet, even in strong west or east winds or rain.

Adjacent to the dining area is the open kitchen. It is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and egg cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is an ample supply of kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and glasses.



An iron, ironing board, and a clothes rack are provided for doing small loads of laundry.

Wi-Fi access and a nearby parking space are available to you free of charge.

The Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode offers, in addition to the neighboring spa center with extensive wellness and relaxation services, a spa park, a sports center, the Großenbrode marina, a municipal and water sports harbor, and many recreational and leisure activities such as biking, hiking, swimming, kiteboarding, and surfing. Via the nearby Fehmarnsund Bridge, you can reach the island of Fehmarn, where you can play golf (approx. 13 km), strolling and shopping in the historic old town of Burg (approx. 14 km), as well as a seawater swimming experience at the FehMare wave pool (approx. 16 km).
