The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 meters away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.<br>In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are excursions to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.<br><br>The Amenities <br>This light-filled, family-friendly, non-smoking apartment is wheelchair-accessible and features underfloor heating, sun-protective glazed floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven. <br>The modern and cozy living-dining area features a double sleeper sofa (1.60 x 1.95 m) and a large flat-screen TV (43 inches). Two separate bedrooms offer a high level of sleeping comfort thanks to modern box-spring beds, including one double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and are each equipped with a flat-screen TV (40 inches) and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has its own small balcony with a view of the sea. Please note that the second bedroom has a fire-rated window that cannot be opened. However, there is a special ventilation system that allows for the gradual regulation of fresh air intake.<br>The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, towel warmer, and heated floors.
