Elfo charm's house in an old mill in the heart of Maremma with pool.

Owned by our family since the end of the 17th century, the house is inside our farm, where we still produce olive oil. has been obtained from an agricultural annex, designed to be welcoming in every corner, furnished in a simple style is ideal for every need and can accommodate up to 4-5 people.

Entrance that opens onto a living room with ancient marble fireplace, dining table and can also be accessed from the well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher), followed by a corridor with 2 bathrooms (shower-bidet), one with washing machine, and finally the 2 bedrooms, the double with king size bed and the twin with 2 single beds, with a small writing table,
 both rooms have air conditioning
 (The cost of air conditioning must be calculated based on consumption )

All windows have mosquito nets.
The dehor: a gazebo with a table for 4/5 people, lounge furniture and chaise longue
The production of hot water is with solar panels.
Wi-Fi in the house, but it is not very fast!
NO TV

Independent entrance from the main house. Parking at the house.
The swimming pool faces south, sunny throughout the day, terrace with pergola and sun loungers, fenced in.
Salt system, oil-based creams cannot be used.
Size of the pool 6x12 meters (We do not provide pool towels)
The swimming pool is shared with 2 apartments (each per max 3 people) belonging to the same property.

THE COST OF THE STAY DOES NOT INCLUDE (cash only):
- The security deposit: € 300 (check-in / check-out) which will be returned after checking out that there are no damages and that the cleaning conditions are acceptable
- The cost of air conditioning must be calculated based on consumption and deducted from the deposit, the cost is 0.55 kw / h
- Traveler fees € 1,50 for person for the first 14 days (except children under 14th years of age).


Also I would like to point out that we have 6 cuddly British cats and a very playful dog.

Here you will find the true Tuscan soul made of simple things, such as birdsong, gazing at the stars, ideal for those seeking relaxation.
Casa Elfo is surrounded by greenery, on one side a forest of oaks, olive groves and a rich garden of plants and flowers.

We have a camp bed for babies up to 2 years of age (we do not provide linen and hand towels for children), high chair and baby bath, if you need it, please let us know so that you can find what you need at home.

9 km from Grosseto and from Roselle (archaeological site) and 19 km. from Parco dell'Uccellina beach, WWF Oasis (inside you can find horsing and canoe trips); 22 km from Marina di Grosseto; 30 km from Castiglione della Pescaia;  79 km from Siena, 144 from Florence, 165 from Pisa and more.

We are happy to share our restaurants, beaches, places to visit.
We are especially present at your arrival to give you all the details possible; Then we will meet from time to time in the large park around the house.  

In the property there are 2 other apartments, which are part of the main house, each can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people, you can combine the house with the 2 apartments, ask for info if you would like to be a group of more than 5 people.

A few km from Parco dell'Uccellina, in the heart of the Maremma countryside, Casa Elfo is surrounded by greenery, ideal for a holiday in direct contact with nature both with family and friends, its happy location, reserved and quiet at the same time, allows you to create numerous itineraries within a radius of just 40 km such as the ancient Etruscan cities of Roselle, Cosa, Sovana, Soranola Val d'Orcia, with wonderful landscapes, the thermal baths of San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni, Saturnia, and the art cities of Pienza and Montepulciano; to the south the naturalistic beauties of Lake Bolsena, Monte Uliveto with the Paolo Uccello frescoes, The Tarot garden in Capalbio ecc...

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und man findet alles, was man benötigt. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Empfehlenswert!
