Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in the municipality of Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from Porticcio beach. It has a floor area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of around 50 m². Wi-Fi (temporary 4G Wi-Fi dongle), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A private swimming pool (unheated), secured by a gate with a keycard, open from 1 April to 30 September (opening dates are not binding and are subject to weather conditions).
- A 15 m² covered terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A beautiful, enclosed and private 50 m² artificial grass garden with a barbecue

The house is ideally situated in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park in the public car parks in front of the house.

- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, 19 km away (approximately 25 minutes by car)
