“We had an AMAZING time staying at this property in the lower White Beach area of Boracay Island! It is located right on the beach with its beautiful crystal clear water and plenty of palm trees, and because it's positioned just south of the section 3 area on White Beach, is less crowed and offers much more layed back and relaxing experience than either of the overly crowed sections 1 or 2 areas, yet still has everything one needs within easy walking distance from the hotel. “everything was good except for the fact there was no hot water and the toilet didn't work and had to have person come and fix. I understand the area is going through upgrades however the lack of Hot water and not being told about it was not cool for the price that I paid. Everything else was just fine for the price.”

“This location is super convenient just a minute walk to the beach, a sari sari store downstairs next to the entrance, a bakery across the way. The staffs super nice and accommodating the room is quite small but kept clean. There’s no microwave available but there is a fridge where you can keep your beverages cool in the room. This place was also affordable and worth the price. Overall I would recommend if you just need a place to sleep and shower and you’re gone for most of the day. ”

“It was very clean and convenient and there to help us with their needs the Alexa calling station was a little bit difficult to use but besides that everything else was great the staff was very kind happy and supportive very clean bathrooms clean bedrooms and I would definitely recommend it and go there again”

“This property had no wi fi in the rooms and even in the reception area it was barely working. They put me in a room far in the back where there was barely any service after I had said I needed wi fi to work while staying here. The bathroom had no toilet paper just a bucket with water. There was no water for a whole night and the following day. I wasn’t able to brush my teeth or shower not even wash my hands. This place is terrible I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to...

“The staff were courteous, professional, and efficient. They are commendable for their service. However, Villa 5 seems to be next to a road that is very noisy (i.e., e-trikes, motorcyles, and dogs barking), which made it less tranquil.”

“siamo stati al Surfside Hotel di Boracay per 8 giorni, posizionato alla Station 3 fronte mare. Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo, personale eccezionale e gentilissimo. Camera molto confortevole e spaziosa, non lussuosa ( ma neanche la cercavo così ) , impeccabile la pulizia! Sono inclusi anche i lettini in spiaggia e i teli mare.
