Clean, spacious room. Reception staff were friendly and their English was great. Helped to organise hot air balloon ride. There was an issue with AC in my room. Really a nice hotel. Friendly staff, very helpful. Great location next to the river with the view to the hot air balloons flying in the evenings. Close also to the city center and night market. Clean and nice rooms, great breakfast and restaurant.
