Eine vorhandene Nische könnte leicht mit einem kleinen Regal oder auch nur einer Kleiderstange ausgestattet werden. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar und die Umgebung bietet Freizeitmöglichkeiten satt.
