“The staff was great!”

“The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was ok but there was built up dirt or mold in three of the corners. Poor communication between desk and housekeeping who opened our door right after we got in our room and started to walk right in. Then before we checked out they opened the door again and were surprised we were in the room.”

“Hotel was nice, clean. Breakfast food was good. Downfall was how early the pool closed down, most hotels we stay at pools are open u til 10-11. 9 seemed a little early. Also with this hotel being so close to Berliner Park, I imagine a lot of baseball players stay there like us. It was unfortunate that the breakfast didn’t open until seven. For those of us who had 8 AM games(who typically have to be there an hour early) this weekend we weren’t able to utilize the breakfast since it didn’t open...

“I don't like going to a hotel where the front desk guy is always drunk”

“Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was sub-par, not horrible but not great.”

“The room people at the front desk were very kind and the property looked ok. Everything was outdated. The walls were paper thin and our neighbor blasted the tv all night but was blocked out from the very loud a/c unit. There were dead bugs on the inside of the room window sill. There was dried up urine around the toilet. The worst part was the smell. It smelled like you were huffing an ashtray. There were crumbs on the carpet, especially in the corners. “Paid extra for a room on the first floor, elevator was broken so they were saving first floor rooms for handicaps. Ended up hiking 3 flights of stairs.”
