Enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms, a large family room equipped with a kids play area, a separate office for remote work, an oversized kitchen, and a large dining room with seating for 10 people. We have taken meticulous steps to create a warm and welcoming home away from home, providing you everything you will need and more.
Enjoy morning coffee outside on the spacious deck with a beautiful view of the mountains, dine al fresco after a day of fun & adventure, with enough space for all your needs.
The oversized master bedroom has both a king size bed and a sleeper sofa bed for littles (linens can be found in the master walk-in closet) plus seating for morning coffee with a view out the sliding doors of the mountains. Separate seating and coffee table, plus a dresser and a tv.
The 2nd bedroom provides you with a king size bed and closet space, plus a dresser and tv, sliding doors take you directly out to the deck to enjoy the spectacular views.
The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a single twin bed, a closet for storage and a dresser.
The oversized family room provides ample seating for your whole family. A cute kids corner has games, toys and a table for lego building. A large TV for movie nights, and a queen sleeper sofa. (Linens for the sleeper sofa can be found in the wooden armoire in the family room.)
The kitchen provides seating around the large island, a coffee & tea bar with single cup coffee & latte maker, tea kettle and a large pot coffee brewer. We have everything you will need to prepare meals, and a selection of small appliances including a blender, food processor, waffle maker, crock pot and air fryer / toaster oven. We also provide take away containers for packing lunch on the go.
Our stylish dining room has been designed for enjoying meals with family or friends and seats up to 10 guests with a drinks bar, cocktail making supplies and a selection of glassware.
Our home is located within Pine Mountain Lake which is a private gated community. A one time fee of $46 is collected per car at the main gate upon entering, and you will be issued a key card which will give you full access to the community.
