“Staff is helpful. The rooms and lobby are modern, have everything you need, and most importantly, they are clean ! Does not have a musty or moldy smell. The Beds are comfy, and breakfast was great. We enjoyed the large windows, and that there are stores and restaurants within walking distance. We hope to stay again if in the area. ”

“The staff here went above and beyond. We stayed here 2 different times last week as we traveled through GA, and we accidentally left three of our personal pillows. Not only did the staff save and hold our pillows for us for our return, but they went the extra mile and washed out pillow cases, too. Our room was very nice and clean, I would just suggest they get better blankets for the beds. They are not comfortable and not warm, but that is just my opinion. Breakfast was good, the pool area...

And half the lights in the room didnt work.The pillows were very dirty, black hair on the towels and blankets, sheets had lipstick marks, and dirt on them. The toilet was very nasty when asked about moving rooms they put us into a king when i booked a double queen, i then asked for a clean room that was a double queen and they put us on the 3rd floor which was under construction with a mess as soon as u get out of the elevator. “This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty where I had to go out and get my own cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable in the room. Multiple things were broken or damaged in the room. The laminate flooring is coming up and a roach crawled out from underneath it. The refrigerator was gross. There were cigarette burn marks throughout the entire room. The tv did not work at all. The toilet wasn’t secure to the ground and the bathtub had mold all...

“Very disappointing stay. The hotel is outdated, smelled heavily of smoke, and looked poorly maintained. They say renovations are happening, but it wasn’t noticeable. I would not recommend booking here.”

The microwave horrible conditions not clean at all roaches inside the Fridge, The fridge stop working after the 3rd day. Bed looks like they didn’t even try cleaning it. “TV never works even asked manager and she wasn't sure smh lol but they are nice people bathroom cleaning needs a little work and a vacuum goes along way the maintenance guy jay is awesome he is always working and Johnny on the spot the highlight of the whole place for sure ”

“Reserved a handicap accessible room. No walk in shower, no hand held shower head. No seat in shower/tub. Had to close door to get to toilet. Room still had trash in cans. Told this was their only accessible room. Was traveling with wheelchair bound person. ”
