“Clean room, the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was okay, and the pool are and gym were clean.”

“Checked in and went to our room and the bathtub was not clean had hair all in it. The drain was clogged in the sink. Told front desk and they put us in a different room.”

“This is the best hotel in Augusta GA to me!!.. they always accommodate my needs and if I have any issues or questions the staff always quickly responds and resolves with a smile!!!.. this by far is the BEST ECONO LODGE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!.. (this is why I always come to this particular one when I'm in town)!!!!!!”

“Upon check out, I was told there was an overcharge of $ 38.96 and given a receipt showing a refund due. I was told it would be a credit on my method of payment (AMX). I have yet to receive the refund.”

“A breakfast attendant was very nice once I told her my story of all my food spoiling. They did not have turkey sausage there. I don’t eat pork so she fix me some anyway she said sometimes they have it. It was nice of her to fix me some sweat especially! She even walked me to my room because my hands were full at the time because I had bought the steak out to show them and the empty ice cream carton so she helped me walk back to the room. Very very nice !!”

“Staff walked in my room before checking out. Knobs on sink don't work and pop off when used. Knob on door broken and door would not close. Tub feels like is going to collapse in the middle and entire bathroom needs to be renovated. Walls looked dirty with old dirt caked on and crayon marks. The only plus was the quiet floor with the lack of guests checking in and most people are workers coming in/out.”
