“Sarah is accommodating and very prompt in communication. No notebook of demands, no intrusion, no hassle - arrival and entry was flawless and the space is cute, clean and comfy with a homey vibe. Even though it's quite small, the cottage had everything we needed and we were comfortable for the week. “Room was clean and well stocked. There is a fridge and microwave which I couldn't tell from the listing, and was nice to have! Nice location close to Matewan where our event was located. Quiet area and lots of parking which was great since we had two cars. My only "complaint" was too many plug in air fresheners, but that's a personal preference that I won't hold against them :) I just unplugged them during our stay so I didn't get a migraine. ”

“Great place to stay in Welch. Everything was as described in description. Clean and check in was easy. Trailer parking is limited for longer trailers but fine for my 12 foot. Yes the train is loud but gives the place some built in entertainment.”
