“The staff at the hotel where exceptionally great we had troubles on our trip up there and it was like 4 am when we finally got checked in was a wonderful experience checking in and the next morning when we checked out he called me by my first name and thanked us for staying with them if i am ever back in that area i will definitely stay jere again”

“This place is in a convenient location on the west side of town. You can walk to restaurants. However, this motel was very dirty—stained hallway carpeting, faint smell of cigarette smoke, people were loud at night. The room itself was pretty clean. Water pressure not so good. Doubt I’ll stay here again.”

This was our second time and i don’t know what happened but the hotel is in decline. the exterior doors to front are broken, the back side door doesn’t close or has a rock in it to let anyone in- so it’s not secure, anyone can get into hotel. “The charm and comfort was outstanding! This was central to our visit over Waterloo. Lots of walking distance dining options. Rooms were very comfortable, and breakfast was both a delight and delicious. The hosts were generous and accommodating. We cannot wait to stay again.”

“Are room was a king sized bed and a pull out couch. The arrangement was different and the day/night was really hot. The air conditioner could not keep the room with the couch cool. The picture that was on the wall in the bathroom was off and the hardware was still on the wall. The refrigerator in the breakfast room was defrosting and there was water all over the counter. The cereal was soggy and some of the sausage was extremely overcooked.”

“This is an older property, it was okay, parking is across the street, so kind of inconvenient. We just needed a place to sleep while traveling through, it worked for our needs.”

Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot.
