“Historic property downtown. A lot of dining options all within four blocks. The staff was very friendly and informative. Gave some history on the hotel and also the surrounding area. They also provided a key fob to a gym just two blocks away. Breakfast was limited, but we don't normally rely on a hotel breakfast. The hotel bar had delightful craft cocktails! Overall the place is very well taken care of. We will stay again!”

“Front desk staff was fantastic, caring, chatty and fun to talk with. Very informative and knowledgeable about Waverly. Room waa clean with fridge, microwave and coffee, lots of pillows, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Waverly. Also, made sure even though they were fullly booked, cleaning staff would have a room ready for early check in and they did. ”

“Room was clean but no plastic laundry bags or bags in ice container or garbage cans. Great breakfast, beautiful facility (although pool and hot tub not functional), and great staff.”
