Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
Upon checking in we got to our room. When we first got in our room and went to the bathroom, the shower curtain was not pulled so you could see in the shower. There was hair and pubic hair all over the shower floor that was dark hair. When i looked under the sink there was a dirty towel in the corner. I called the front desk and they said they would let housekeeping know. No one ever came in to check or clean it for us. Then when we went to put our things in the fridge, the fridge already had water bottles that were already drank left in it. As we were getting ready we were hearing whining and barking. we videoed it and called the front desk. We could hear a dog in the room next to us. Upon calling front desk they stated there is no dog that is registered must be the tv. I received a text from the hotel asking how our stay has been so far. I sent the videos of the dog barking and whining. They sent someone up and they stated there was nothing they could do and that they were scared to open the door. It was until a few hours later the people finally came back and were very upset that a complaint was made about their dog. Finally crawling in bed and the sheet was not pulled up and the bed was full of crumbs. All these complaints were taken to the front desk with pictures and videos and all we were told was "because you booked with Expedia there's nothing we can do" We then talked to my mother in law Deb Opheim. She too has same situations of uncleaned room. they told her same
