The Space:
Step inside and feel instantly at home in the spacious living room, where you can unwind on the comfortable sofa and stream your favorite movies and shows on the large smart TV. Our fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring gleaming stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or gather for a meal at the dining table.
This home comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests with two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each boasting a comfortable queen-sized bed and its own smart TV for private relaxation. An additional office space provides a quiet area to work or an extra sleeping spot with a cozy twin bed. Both full bathrooms have been tastefully updated with modern fixtures and offer a spa-like feel to your daily routine.
Your private backyard is a true extension of the living space. Spend your evenings gathered around the warm glow of the fire pit, sway in the hammock with a good book, or fire up the BBQ grill for an al fresco dinner. For the ultimate relaxation experience, indulge in a session in your very own private sauna.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Located just a few minutes from beaches, and a short drive to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Getting Around:
Getting around by car is best. Rideshare is very limited.

Other Things to Note:
AMENITIES:
We provide towels, toiletries such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, oil & trash can liners.

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING:
There are two parking spaces in the driveway and additional parking on the street.

THE DRIVE:
The house is very easy to find, the home is just a short drive from the 101.

INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TVs.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The outdoor area features a sauna, hammock, fire pit, and BBQ grill. The outdoor area is completely fenced in for your furry friends. PLEASE NOTE: There is a section where the fence is lower than normal! Please keep an eye on your pets!

BEDROOMS:
There are 2 bedrooms, which have queen beds. The office features a twin bed. The home can accommodate up to 5 guests.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Coffee/Spices/Oil

SECURITY:
Security cameras are located at the front of the house for your security. However, there are NO cameras inside the main home you will be staying in.

PET-FRIENDLY:
Pets are welcome with a $50 nonrefundable pet fee (per pet, per stay). Please note we have a fully fenced yard, however there is a section where the fence is lower than normal! Please keep an eye on your pets!

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
A rental agreement must be signed upon booking.

If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.

We want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible during their stay so please reach out if you have any questions or need anything at all. We will give you your privacy, but we are available to assist with anything you need.
