“Buena estancia, tranquilidad, buena vista a la ciudad, excelente comodidad en las camas, servicio de limpieza de 10 (Sra de limpieza asignada a la Hab.504 - Odelaida, creo!!!). Desayuno muy bueno. Obeservaciones; Falta de letreros para llegar al hotel, apesar que esta junto al callejon del Beso. Agregar servicio de cafe en las habitaciones, ya que al ser un pueblo magico. No todas partes habren muy temprano y estaria excelente poder degustar un cafe en cada balcon del hotel. PD. VOVERIAMOS SIN...

Gran atención por parte de todos. Resguardo de equipaje. A metros de la universidad, alhóndiga, callejón del beso y teatro Juárez. ”

“It’s a beautiful old building, the room was nicely updated. Sits right in the city center making it very convenient to walk everywhere. Staff was super friendly and helpful, minus the GM, he was rude and pretentious.”

“The room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding were super confortable! Everything worked: the internet, the hot water, the a/c, the toilet, etc… the view of the terrasse is breathtaking. Only met one employee but he was very kind. Getting to the city center is very easy on foot from the hotel. Overall, best hotel I have stayed in while in Mexico.”

“The overall experience of staying here was very nice to us. The room was clean and nice. The rooftop was very beautiful. From there, you can enjoy the breakfast while taking a look at the town at a high point. The host was a nice guy, very welcoming and considerate. Recommend to stay here!!”
