“This hotel was a great find! It is very affordably priced with a good location in Kunming. It is within walking distance of a metro station. The main negative feature was the surprisingly dirty carpets in the hallways for the rooms. The lobby area and most common area were all pristine. But, when we got off the elevator to go our room, which was also clean, I was a bit shocked to see carpeting that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with dirt stains all over the carpet. “This stylish new hotel in Kunming exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable, the gym nicely lit and well equipped, and the food delicious. Both Managers Liu and Jerry were professional. Overall a pleasant stay. I’d come again. ”

“The air conditioner was not working. Noted the side window was opened but could not close it. Had to leave the curtain open so that cold air from outside can come in. As it was the new year eve, lots of fire works took place. It was so noisy that I could not sleep at all. ”

“Everithing was nice except housekeeping, I had to complain about it because they really did not clean/make up the room! They only made (poorly the bed), they did not clean anything else which is not acceptable in that kind of hotel. Location is nothing special, tourist attractions are not a walking distance (unless you really wanna walk for 20-30minutes)”
