“Tolles, luxuriöses Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir empfehlen ein Executive Lounge Zimmer. Aber Vorsicht, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 3 Personen gebucht ( 2 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher), Lounge Zugang war aber trotzdem nur für 2 Personen, mussten für dritte vor Ort nachzahlen, ging so nicht klar aus der Buchung hervor. “Front reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcomed me with a warm smile. It is centrally located to main street and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was a bit hot and they brought a fan to the room. The manager said it’s warm because it’s winter season for them. Which was perfectly fine with me. There’s a great coffee shop in the lobby. Staff helped me ordered raincoats (as I was heading to Zhangjiajie). The raincoats were delivered to my room via a robot within 25...

“Spent one night here before departing from Beijing West Railway station the next day. Its about 15-20 minute walk from the station, I don't think the directions on Expedia are accurate it's not in the North Square which is where their directions took me. Go by the physical address to find the hotel. Otherwise the hotel itself is fine. Nice staff, very helpful and friendly. Rooms are smaller but clean and quiet. I would stay here again for sure.”

“The room was good enough for me, all i needed for a solo traveller. No english speaking on reveption tho so need the translator. Not too much within walking distance so good job taxi's are reasonably priced. To be fair everything in beijing is quite far from one another”
