“The TV volume is low even I clicked maximum.”

“The hotel staffs were very friendly and willing to help on anything. The pick-up service from Baiyun Airport was very smooth even though our flight was delayed and arrived on midnight. The room is very spacious and clean. I would definately come back on the next trip. Thank you so much!”

“Everything was great except for the dinner choice menu”

“Two insects on the paper in the room when we are in”

“Big room but small smoking a lot in a room. I got sick. I do not want to book again.”
