  • Grazie per il vostro interesse nella nostra proprietà, Casa Ballena è una casa al mare completa. Si affaccia sul Mar dei Caraibi, ha lussureggianti prati verdi, una piscina privata e un abbondante fogliame che fanno di questo rifugio un'oasi nella foresta secca della costa meridionale di Porto Rico. Questa è una casa lontano da casa; un posto dove svegliarsi al profumo del caffè e del cioccolato freschi. Inizia la giornata con un tuffo in piscina o croquet sul prato prima di una giornata piena di sole.

    La casa sulla spiaggia è l'ideale per cene slow come il sole tramonta, come la cucina è completamente attrezzata per chi ama cucinare. Godetevi la privacy e la sicurezza in quanto l'intero perimetro del terreno è chiuso, con l'apertura del cancello principale tramite l'accesso con telecomando.

    La casa ha un arredamento caraibico ma informale e molto confortevole. E 'dotato di biancheria da letto, biancheria da tavola, biancheria da bagno, piscina, motivi paesaggistici professionali, fornitura di acqua di riserva e sistemi di condizionamento d'aria split split. PER VISUALIZZARE ALTRE FOTO, SCOLLEGARE LE INFORMAZIONI SUL PASSATO.

    House ha master suite con bagno completo, cabina armadio e vista completa del Mar dei Caraibi. Due camere da letto supplementari e un altro bagno completo si trovano fuori dalla sala principale. La grande sala e la cucina si affacciano sul mare. Ci sono tre patio / ponti separati per cenare. C'è un piccolo appartamento a bordo piscina sulla proprietà, disponibile solo per la famiglia che affitta la casa principale. È l'ideale per un ospite extra, bambini / amici adolescenti o una bambinaia.

A beautiful home on the shore with its own pool. Effortless check in, squeaky clean house, friendly neighbors. We enjoyed it so much. Pricey….but we got what we paid for—quiet, peaceful neighborhood, out of the way but still easy access to beaches and fishing and nice restaurants.

The house was exactly as we thought based on description and photos. The location was ideal. The grounds were nice and the view was wonderful. The pool was wonderful to relax in. Jeffrey the property manager was very responsive and helpful with a couple of minor issues.We would plan on using the house again the next time we are in the area.

I rent houses and apartments all the time, all over the world, and this house is absolutely beautiful. One of the best I’ve rented. If you like really hot showers, you might be disappointed because the water in the showers comes out warm. Other than that, it’s absolutely perfect. In a remote area that’s beautiful.

Amazing stay for our family - 3 boys, ages 7-12. This was a little slice of heaven - clean, spacious, well-appointed, and quiet. We cooked, read, swam in the pool, did a trip to the bio-bay, and enjoyed the beach just 8 minutes away. Jeffrey the property manager was attentive and kind - perfection all around. Would very highly recommend.

There are too many highlights to name! Where shall I begin? Jeffrey, the property manager is the reason we will return. He made sure our trip was amazing from before we arrived until we left. The house is beautiful, immaculate, well-equipped and perfectly situated. The Weber grill was a pleasant surprise given we planned to grill for dinner- el churrasco salió perfecto! The beds were comfy, the pool was lovely, and the three decks were fantastic. Guánica is special place for us, we are happy to have found a wonderful home to return to.

Pure bliss. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood tucked in a peninsula that offers breathtaking views. It is tastefully decorated, well equipped (we especially enjoyed the thoroughly equipped kitchen), and impeccably clean. The host was communicative and welcoming. We loved hanging out on the porch overlooking the ocean and chilling by the pool. The town of Guánica and the supermarket are a short drive away. This is a place to relax, be, and marvel at the beauty of the scenery. We’d love to return.

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful – spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and cozy living areas. The location was excellent – peaceful yet close to everything. But the real highlight was the view… absolutely stunning! Waking up to that scenery every morning was unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Downstairs not clean. Prefer lighter thinner bath towels and washcloths as dark heavy ones never dry and sour. Rentals should use white bleachable linens.

We had a wonderful experience during our week's stay. The house is very spacious with spaces for every need. The view is spectacular! Waking up to the sunrise over the water was beautiful. We spent most of our time outside on the deck or at the pool. The kitchen is extremely well appointed with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Most importantly, the communication with the owner and manager was excellent. The manager Jeffrey went above and beyond for us when we had some travel issues (not related to the house). He was on his own vacation and still communicated with us to help solve our issues. The neighbors were extremely helpful, too. A fantastic place for a relaxing vacation. As others have said, you definitely need a car to get around when staying there. There are no ubers, taxis, etc. in the area.

Les recomiendo que en el area de la piscina tengan más alumbramiento, cuando se va el sol es muy oscuro. Dar mantenimiento a las camas o cambiarlas ya están un poco deterioradas. El internet NUNCA sirvió y el cable tampoco. La piscina estaba sucia no estaba limpio el piso. Me encanto el espacio me volveré a quedar pronto

Gaze away your days…

Stunning views… feel relaxed just from watching the sunrises, sunsets, and late night star gazing. Location is amazing and for the price, space, and sense of security… you get what you pay for. To be honest, the property is definitely outdated. Beds are uncomfortable. The master bedroom has a bed that feels like a seesaw when you or your partner decide to roll over in the middle of the night. Intimacy/privacy can be a challenge when the master bedroom door doesn’t lock and you’re traveling with your kids and parents. Although the kitchen is well equipped, the burners on the stove are finicky. There’s a leak under the kitchen sink. Linens are provided and clean but stained from visitors from a time long forgotten… mattresses cause more back pain than relaxation. Deck roof leaks when it rains so watch where you sit while watching any rain storms pass by! The property manager, Jeffrey, was absolutely amazing to work with. He is very attentive, cares about his neighborhood and the services provided. Takes excellent care of the property with the resources that he is provided with by the property owners. Yes, I would stay here again but now know to set my expectations a bit lower.

Our family visiting from Texas and some of our locals’ stayed over to avoid the noises from NYE and have a pleasant overlooking at the sea. Casa Ballena didn’t disappoint. Starting with the quietness of the community, the gorgeous views, the lush landscape and well appointed interiors felt truly special. We did the pool daily, visited Playa Ballena, and some of the hidden beaches nearby. We ate brunch at Dolche Salao which is 20 mins away at Yauco, and had dinner at La Parguera’s restaurants, as well as at Umami at Guanica, which was delicious with great local service. This region has some of the best service we have experienced in the island. I want to share that we were there during the big blackout in PR, however we couldn’t even tell since their power generator kicked in and powered almost the entire home. The owners were highly diligent and secured the unit provided service when needed the most, and that it powered the master bedroom and living room’s AC Inverters. Overall, our family is unanimous: we are coming back to Casa Ballena.

Beautiful, quite and far away from all

The place is just as the photos show. The downstairs needs a lot of updates, the appliances are a bit rusty but all the appliances work well. The AC is great and really cools off the place. The only thing is that the location is very far away from everything so make sure you bring enough food to avoid back and forth trips thru the only road to get there which is very narrow and basically driving thru dangerous cliffs. The area is very quite and it felt like being on a spiritual retreat…. Very relaxing. Overall the stay was good and the property manager is great!!

Guanica South beaches the best.

Amazing view, nice spot. House was comfortable and big enough for a large group. Needs a little of upgrade. Common area big enough. All around nice place to stay and enjoy the view. Near a lot of beaches and nice house pool. Equipped with all the house appliances.
