“I’ve stayed at this hotel for the past three years, even before the name change, and it was always my favorite. Sadly, this stay was very disappointing. The receptionist was unwelcoming and gave us a noisy room right by the street and loud music. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the toilet paper had already been used, and there were hairs in the bathroom. The pool was green, our welcome drink was denied, and breakfast now has very limited options. The only staff member who made us feel welcome...

“The hotel is located 10 minutes from semuc champey which makes this a great place to stay. Not a luxury hotel but fair for the location, price, swimming pool, tours available and the river and nature surrounding it. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food is good and not too pricey. Good environment for families, couples or solo Travellers.”

“I had a good stay overall, but there was one serious issue. Around 2 a.m., someone opened my door and tried to enter my room. I reported this to the receptionist, but was told there are no CCTV cameras in the common areas. For the safety of guests, I strongly recommend installing security cameras.”

“La struttura è certamente bellissima e ben tenuta e poi si trova davvero a 2 passi dall'ingresso del parco di Semuc Champey. Il ristorante è un po' caro, ma le porzioni sono abbondanti e il cibo molto buono. Il personale è un po' disattento: abbiamo chiesto per 3 giorni di fila gli asciugami e non ce li hanno mai portati! Ma la cosa che più non c'è piaciuta è stata la festa organizzata tutte le sere fino alle 22.00/23.00: ci aspettavamo un ritiro immersi nella natura, dove ascoltare i suoni...
