Ho acquistato una junior suite con colazione ( ottima) e ho usufruito di un appartamento con camera matrimoniale, bagno, soggiorno, angolo cottura attrezzato è un bellissimo terrazzino. “I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. “Devo ringraziare la signora Nicoletta per esserci venuta incontro in modo molto generoso. Avevamo prenotato con bambini ed erroneamente pensavo fosse un albergo sulla spiaggia. La prenotazione non dava diritto ad un rimborso. Parlando con Nicoletta e spiegandole le mie ragioni abbiamo subito trovato un accordo per un rimborso parziale. Di questo la ringrazio molto. Non è facile trovare host così interessati al benessere dei propri clienti”

“Posto tranquillo, personale molto amichevole e disponobile. Stanza provvista di aria condizionata, ma senza acqua calda, anche se data la temperatura esterna non fa differenza. Struttura ristrutturata da poco con mobili nuovi. Decente prima colazione con toast, salato o dolce. Raccomandato”
