  • This unique place has its own style.

    A warm, sophisticated, stylish apartment with everything you need to enjoy wonderful days at the beach. You’ll fall in love the moment you walk through the door. It offers a spectacular view of Juan Dolio Beach and is close to the area’s main restaurants and bars. This apartment has 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom features a king-size bed; bedroom 2 has a stateroom (full/twin) and a twin bed; and bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed. All beds feature Simmons mattresses, ensuring a restful and refreshing sleep. The apartment includes 2 TVs—one in the living room and another in the master bedroom—as well as a Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen features a toaster, blender, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave, oven, and everything you need to feel like a chef. It also has air conditioning throughout the entire apartment.
    In the common areas, you’ll find a pool, a hot tub, direct access to the beach, a charcoal grill, and one free parking space available.

    What I like most about this apartment is that you can enjoy the beautiful view of the beach from any corner of the apartment.

    Guests have access to all areas. It is located on the third floor and has no elevator. NO PETS::

Very nice appartment!

Overall impression of the appartment is a very spacious, clean and nice appartment with a stunning vieuw! Contact with the owner was very well too. Would reccomend this appartment!

The apartment was beautiful and the view was insane, breathtaking. Unfortunately, we had a LOT of issues with the place. I’m not sure it was cleaned before we arrived, maybe picked up but not scrubbed. The hot water heater was leaking in the hallway and we had very little hot water the entire time. It wasn’t able to be fixed while we were there as they were going to have to tear up the floors. The a/c in the bunk room was also on the fritz- a couple of techs came out but it was never fully fixed… so my teenage children had to share a bed in another room. The host did try to resolve things but only after days and once we contacted VRBO. I know this was travel to a new country, but hospitality is hospitality no matter where you go.

Lovely Condo

This place was absolutely beautiful. The unit has everything you would need. The only issue we had is that we are over 60 and the steps were hard for us but don’t let that stop you from staying here. The view from the balcony was perfect and the area was safe. The building is in a gated area with security 24/7. We stayed 2 weeks and I didn’t want to leave. The owner was always quick to respond if we had any questions. The pool and beach were great. If you want to take any excursions, just walk down the street to Pedro Diaz Excursions. They were great and very reasonable.

This place is a nightmare. The host is a joke. We got there and noticed that there was no hand soap or hand towels in the bathrooms or any kind of cleaning supplies anywhere. There was no bedding on one of the beds. We discovered that the hallway bathroom was leaking water so we let Wendy know. That was on Monday and on Friday someone came and gave us more towels but no basic cleaning supplies. Then the master bathroom quit working and we were down to 1 bathroom for 8 people. Then the a.c. Unit in the 3rd bedroom quit working so somebody came and took it apart and left. He came back the next day and said he fixed it but he didn’t it leaked water down the wall and soaked the bed and then the other a.c.unit in the queen bedroom quit and they had no a.c for 2 days. This unit is the worst stocked one I’ve ever seen. Then they tore the cabana apart and told us that we couldn’t use it. Then a staff member came over and told my granddaughter and told her to get off the lounge chair and he took all of them away and we had nothing to lay on. They are building a 16 story building next door and they work 24/7 and they dropped a 12” piece of equipment onto the pool area and bounced into the pool. We found some chairs to sit in but chunks of concrete would drop into your chair. We were offered a refund for the remainder of our trip but we are requesting a full refund. This place is a nightmare and a horrible experience. It is danger for everyone.Vrbo should be ashamed.
