"Clean rooms. Had to ask twice to get someone to check the ac. Finally gave us a room with working AC. Staff was very friendly especially at buffet. Very attentive great service. "AMAZING view of the volcano if you stay at the room with volcano view. Quiet and friendly welcoming staff. The restaurant was delicious with pretty great view of the volcano. The room clean and cozy. No AC needed. The only issue would be the 8pm curfew due to the hotel being in the national park ..."

"Fin dall'inizio della prenotazione è stato ottimo. Ho subito ricevuto un mess.tramite WhatsApp della ragazza che seguiba il mio soggiorno.
